Only cold drawn and honed smooth tubes are used to produce welded hydraulic cylinders. High degree of joints tightness provided by composite wear rings and seals made of modern anti-friction composite polymers ensures the power fluid pressure of up to 70 MPa and the velocity of the piston sliding inside the bushing of up to 10 m/s.
